The Role.

  • Develop revenues through new business development
  • Understand and develop relationships to drive good business opportunities
  • Ability to recognise the client’s needs and propose the best solution to solve their problems
  • Technically discuss and deliver telecommunication service solutions and the benefits
  • Develop and manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
  • Continually provide written feedback to clients summarising any engagement
  • Communicate customer requirements to internal operational teams and product support teams
  • Achieve defined sales targets and manage key performance indicators
  • Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports.

  • Must be able to demonstrate sales record (2+ years) at a high level of achievement in a highly competitive environment
  • Lead generation and sales experience
  • Strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organisation
  • Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work independently or within a team

  • Understand the fundamental principles of customer management and sales cycle

The Role.

  • Contact potential and existing customers to notify them about our services and products.
  • Effectively answer questions and queries about our services. 
  • Develop working relationships with our current customers and build relationships with new partners.
  • Ability to discern customer needs and to communicate solutions offered by our services.
  • Meet sales targets and KPI's.
  • Effectively log and record details from customer inquiries in order to process accurate orders and keep up-to date customer database.
