- Develop revenues through new business development
- Understand and develop relationships to drive good business opportunities
- Ability to recognise the client’s needs and propose the best solution to solve their problems
- Technically discuss and deliver telecommunication service solutions and the benefits
- Develop and manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
- Continually provide written feedback to clients summarising any engagement
- Communicate customer requirements to internal operational teams and product support teams
- Achieve defined sales targets and manage key performance indicators
- Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports.

- Must be able to demonstrate sales record (2+ years) at a high level of achievement in a highly competitive environment
- Lead generation and sales experience
- Strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organisation
- Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work independently or within a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understand the fundamental principles of customer management and sales cycle
- Sound relationship building and selling skills at all levels
